  • Why did I not recieve the whole order?

    If you have ordered both stock items and on demand products, your order will be delivered in parts. Our stock items are sent from our warehouse and on demand products are sent as soon as they have been printed with your logo.

  • How long is the delivery time?

    It depends on what you have ordered in the webshop. Stock items ordered before 11am are dispatched the same day. Stock items ordered after 11 am are dispatched the next working day.

    On demand products have a delivery time of up to 20 working days.

  • Can I return products?

    If for some reason you need to return products, you need to contact us no later than one week after you receive the delivery. Based on the reason, we consider whether a return is possible. On demand products cannot be returned.

  • What do I do if I need to do a claim?

    If you have received a product that is broken or that you would like to claim for any reason, please contact us at volvo@idegroup.se. Please add order number, reason and pictures in the mail.
